How do I connect a new node?
Go to Nodes → My Nodes and follow the registration steps. You may need to install the client or enter a node code from the Node Store.
How long does deposit confirmation take?
Deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. Check Transactions for status or contact support with your deposit order ID or wallet address if delayed.
Why is my gift card still processing?
Gift card requests are created first and completed after fulfillment. Check Gift Cards for the latest status, and contact support if a request stays pending longer than expected.
Can I get more rewards by joining a community node?
Yes. Community nodes can offer a higher user share than the official node. Review the available node code, share rate, and capacity before using it during cloud node purchase.
How do I join a community node?
Go to the Community Nodes page, select the node you want, then use its node code during cloud node purchase. The connection is created when the cloud node order is completed.
When are daily rewards distributed?
The previous day's rewards are distributed after data validation completes, starting at 2:00 PM (UTC) each day.
Where are my activity rewards?
Open Activity Center and enter the activity detail page to check your eligible reward. After the activity ends, claimable rewards can be collected there.
Where do I see my points balance?
Your points and balance are shown on the Dashboard and in Finance → Transactions.
